A supported employment programme for Matapuna students aged between 16 and 24. Students may apply to enrol on this programme once they have completed their foundation qualifications.
Students will be supported to find sustainable employment in an industry they are interested in if they do not transition onto further education.
The young person, and their employer, will be supported for up to 18 months to help them stay in employment.
This programme is funded via the He Poutama Rangatahi initiative.
